FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts on 5 or 10 class packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial assessment takes about 15 minutes and will occur in person or via phone. I will discuss the clients goals and needs with them before deciding a course of action. In addition, we also discuss any health conditions that they are experiencing. Thereafter I will teach a practice to the client so that I can assess their range of motion and physical abilities. Additionally, the client can get a feel for my teaching style. My goal is to establish a solid foundation in my relationships with my clients. For clients seeking one time or special event classes, we will have a short discussion about client general experience with yoga, any physical or medical concerns, and any specific things the client wishes to focus on, upon which I will teach the class suited to the client’s needs. Yoga can be a very personal and transformative experience. Ultimately I want to share tools with my clients that will help them feel good in their bodies and minds not just in yoga, but in life.
