Chris saved my life! He helped me on a Sunday night at 8:30 PM with a stubborn cartridge replacement. I had no water for 24 hours from trying to do it myself. He helped me before the wife got home from a holiday weekend in under an hour! Can’t recommend him enough!

Full disclosure - I did not hire Apex Plumbing. Here is why, I scheduled the appointment with them and I informed the rep I need them at the job by 9:00 am. Because I had to pick up my wife at the airport by 11:00. The drive to the airport is about 1 hour away. They informed me that they will be there at 9:00. I called the at 10:00, when they did not show. The plumber that was going to do the job said he can't be there until 11:00. We both decided it would be better to reschedule the time until 12:45 (Same Day). After returning from the airport, I waited another hour. I called the rep again and they referred me back to the plumber. He called and said that he would be there for another hour and 45 min. At that point I told them I would reshedule for another day. I called them 3 times to get them out to the job, they never called back. I would not recommed this company to anyone. In fact, I am telling everyone that I know not to use this company.
