Working with Sebastian and his wife to prepare everything was fantastic. He was very professional, always had answers to my questions, and patiently adjusted the bar wedding schedule with me more than once. Their package included a lot of great things and I thought I was getting a great deal. During the wedding, however, we received a bartender that didn't seem to know what she was doing. She mixed up liquors, did not know what alcohol we even had at some points and was telling people we were out of things when we were not, made the drinks WAY too strong (which was a problem because she was going through the liquor too quickly and because only after a couple of drinks people were already buzzed), used dirty tools (or cups? she got mint leaves in drinks that did not have mint). The majority of my guests said that she looked completely out of it. The second person I hired, a server, got there late. After complaining to Sebastian, he took $50 off the total. I did not want to keep arguing with him because I know that not everything was perfect on our end either (the set up of the bar was a bit rough because our coordinator did not let On The Rocks know where to go/what we had/etc and I could not help because I was getting ready), but I do feel I overpaid for the services I received. It was a complete 180 from the experience I had during the planning.
