- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They will get without a doubt the best service and product out .We have all state of the art equipment and the know how. And I can imagine most of the bartenders out there are pretty basic making the same old margarita or mojito maybe even add a flavor to it Our price is not even a mere fraction to the experience your going to have with us . when you hire us your paying for hands down 5 star service ,Great Craft cocktail creations (create) and fresh grown ingredients for the best cocktails youve ever had . The price is may not be much compared to a once in a lifetime experience however the experience is priceless.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have to get to know eachother . I then find out whats their goal is .Why are they throwing the event what are they trying to achieve? I would then see if they have a special theme in mind that way we can make a cocktail menu that will fit the theme and suit the needs of the guest and the client . I will then sit down come up with a game plan that includes number of employees needed beverages,ingredients ,timing and execution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im licensed and work many years with the best places on the map I specialize High End craft cocktails, mixology, molecular mixology, gastronomy and good ole regular bartending.
