- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
at request I can send a estimate about my service... Can be by hours, by events or by day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive a first message or email and replay in the next hour. After send options for the specific event or activity and start the comunication directly with the client. When we have time, I prefer to come personally interview with the costumers, check everything for the event and talk about products, details, and equipment to be used. For confirm your date I request 40% in advance and the rest the event day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Culinary Arts Degree and make several course over the last 10 years. Also have around 13 years of experience in the market. Im a former Brand Ambassador for spirits and distillers and my wife its a Enology and we always enjoy to receive guest to our house. Im working as a private chef in NYC, MIAMI, Dominican Republic ect. Now Im running here at Miami, FL my own catering and events company with special care in home and corporate events. Also one of my two important costumers are Events venues and catering rent places at Homestead Area.
