I called Ginosko Tech planning to set up an appointment. After discussing what my printer was doing and the cost in materials and time required to disassemble and reassemble my printer, it would be more cost efficient to replace my 7-year-old printer. I decide not to have anything else done to the printer. I appreciate the candor of Ginosko and him not trying to rip me off for the price of a new printer.
