- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair compared to other DJ's out there, I only ask that the client takes into consideration that a DJ arrives early to setup and stays after the event in breaking down the equipment. I can always negotiate my price, I will always try my best to keep the client satisfied when it comes to paying for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the details of the event to get a better understanding of the client's needs. In doing this I will make sure I meet their needs for the event 100%.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a musician and picked up spinning records about 10 years ago, it came to me naturally and have been doing events ever since.
