I recently request services for my dog Tokyo for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment they arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made Tokyo feel right at home. The van was clean, inviting, and equipped with all the necessary amenities.The grooming itself was exceptional. Tokyo can be a bit anxious in new environments, but the groomers at PET Paws handled her with care and professionalism. They listened attentively to my instructions and paid close attention to her specific needs. When I picked Tokyo up, she looked absolutely stunning! Her coat was shiny, her nails were trimmed perfectly, and she even had a cute bandana on. Beyond the grooming, what truly stood out was the genuine love and dedication the staff showed towards the animals. It's evident that they're not just in it for the job; they genuinely care about the well-being and happiness of every furry client.
