He also gave me a verbal quote before he left and quickly followed up with a written quote that same day. His quote was excellent, very competitive and offered to begin the project that same week - which I loved. He understood and listened to my specific needs and concerns, met all my requirements (like not putting any visible switches on my bedroom wall) and even completed the project early, professionally and add UNDER budget. I not only would use Alexander and this company again but I would recommend him to others without reservation. He made excellent/thoughtful suggestions and even uncovered unrelated issues — like my doorbell being wired incorrectly! And to “top it off” even ended up charging me $100 less than his quote - which was a pleasant surprise and unheard of in my dealings with other contractors. Alexander was honest, professional, reliable, friendly and did the job quickly and efficiently. What more could you ask for! And this was not an easy project. It required going into a hot attic, running new wires, cutting through drywall and working in tight cramped conditions. But he installed 4 alabaster dimmable sconces and the project turned out absolutely beautiful - see pictures. I would definitely use this company again and will highly recommend them to others."See more

Mary D. says, "John did an excellent job. I hired him to help replace my ceiling fan and after scheduling an install date the delivery company basically lost my fan and we had to reschedule. He was very accommodating and understanding. He arrived on time and installed the fan quickly and made it seem easy. However, he had no idea that I was going to ask him to check multiple outlets and issues with dimmers, track lighting etc.. He was knowledgeable on each situation and was a wonderful teacher explaining things to me. Every problem I had is now fixed except for one that needs a part that had to be ordered. As soon as I get it I will have him come back to finish up. I highly recommend him from all of the options above but they only allow you to pick 3. He was Punctual, Responsive, Professional, Excellent work quality, and a good Value. I would also like to add that he is respectful to your home and cleans up behind himself."See more
