We had carpets on our stairs and on all the second floor. We decided to change the carpet for brand new vinyl plank flooring with Piloto Finish Carpentry & Flooring.
We met Angel for a free estimate and Cristina (his sponse) sent us a detailed estimate. It was easy to communicate with Cristina and she answered all our questions professionally.
A week later, Angel came to install the new flooring. Under the carpet, our floor was not perfectly leveled but Angel repaired the floor before installing the vinyl planks and the final look was amazing ! Thank you so much for the great job done !

This is the first time I write a review for anything. I felt compelled to do so from the excellent customer service. We had an excellent experience having Angel do our floors. Him and Cristina are very responsive and gave us a good price. Angel replaced our carpet into a vinyl floor. He is very professional and does a very good job! he got it all done promptly with a beautiful quality results. All the 5-star ratings are well-deserved! We had several projects completed by Angel and his team, including installation of new vinyl floors (including stairs), popcorn ceiling removal, and interior wall painting -- EVERYTHING was perfect. Attention to detail and craftsmanship are a solid 10/10.
A big thank you to Cristina as well for exceptional communication throughout the process. She goes above and beyond by responding to emails on weekends and even after work hours.
