- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a detailed inspection to identify mold and its source. Then we explain our findings in plain language and outline the recommended remediation plan. Once approved, we safely remove the mold, treat affected areas, and ensure moisture problems are addressed to prevent recurrence. After the job, we provide documentation and follow-up support for peace of mind.
