Crafted Pour Bartending LLC elevated my party! They were really easy to speak to, helped me make a bar menu that fit my party theme. They were great at communicating and they made great drinks. They brought 2 bartenders, everyone commented on how great the drinks were, they made each individual drink, nothing was pre made. There were about 40 people at my party, and there was never a line. I would 100% recommend them for any party and I will 100% hire them again for future parties!!
I had an amazing experience with Crated Pour Bartending! They sent Guadalupe and another gentleman (my apologies for forgetting his name), and they were both absolutely exceptional.
They were incredibly friendly with all of our guests and provided outstanding hospitality throughout the entire event. They arrived on time, were fully prepared, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our guests had nothing but great things to say about them!
From the very first point of contact, their communication was excellent. They stayed in touch leading up to the event, provided a helpful checklist of everything we would need, and even suggested great cocktail ideas.
Everything was seamless from start to finish. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!

Great experience with The Crafted Pour! I spoke with Rudy numerous times through text, over the phone, as well as an at home visit so he could see where our event was taking place. He was personable, knowledgeable, and reliable from start to finish. He helped with what and how much to buy and where to get the best price. Rudy, Guadalupe, and Ruby showed up one hour before our event to get set up and stayed as long as we wanted. Great service! I would hire them again!

Pricing is package-based by guest count and includes staffing, equipment, insurance, and planning. Travel within 30 miles is included; additional fees only apply for extended service, added staff, or locations outside the service area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering event details, recommend the right service collection, handle planning and logistics, and manage setup, service, and cleanup on event day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed bartender with formal training from ABC Bartending School and an advanced Mixology Certification from A Bar Above. My education is supported by hands-on experience in high-volume restaurants, luxury dining, and casino environments, where precision, consistency, and guest experience are essential.
In addition to technical training, my background includes service standards, alcohol safety, POS systems, and event-based bar operations, all of which directly support the level of service we provide at weddings and private events
