- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is custom based on your project. We are often considered very fair and competitive for the types of services we provide. When clients combine services, we are often able to save client's even more on their investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to find out details of the client's event, (i.e. number of guests, location, times of service needed, details our clients like and / or don't like) to best find out whether the services we provide are the best fit for the clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have substantial education and training in event, photography, video and music services. With over 20 years full time, professional experience, our studio is one of the most experienced providers in West Central Florida. We have formal schooling in our industry, attended hundreds of classes and seminars and have been an instructor in our industry to others entering our industry.
