He keeps track of your progress and change your workout according to how your body reacts to them. Simply put, he "plays chess with your body." I have questioned whether or not his system was working for me... and I have done some training outside of his workout regimen, only to find out, not only am I shedding fat but also getting stronger while building the endurance at the same time. I was sold after that. Most importantly, he's the most professional individual I have ever worked with. Polite and always on time, and always with a solid game plan. He's my trainer because there is no "maybe" with this guy. He's going to show up 100 percent of the time with 100 percent of his effort. I whole heartedly don't think that this is just doing this for the money, he has a good heart and wants to see his clients do well, this is his passion and for me that makes all the difference.
