Customers should know that my pricing is based on the size and condition of the home, as well as the type of cleaning needed — whether it’s a standard, deep, or move-out clean. I always provide upfront, transparent estimates with no hidden fees, and all cleaning supplies are included in the price. My goal is to offer fair, competitive rates while delivering high-quality, detailed work every time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer starts with a quick conversation to understand what kind of cleaning is needed — whether it’s a standard clean, deep clean, or move-out service. I like to discuss the size of the home, any specific areas of focus, and preferred scheduling. Once everything is clear, I provide an estimate and confirm the appointment. On cleaning day, I arrive on time with all supplies and equipment, walk through the home if needed, and make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained my experience hands-on through years of residential and commercial cleaning work. Over time, I’ve learned the best techniques, products, and equipment to get high-quality results safely and efficiently. I’ve also completed safety and sanitation training to ensure all cleanings are done to professional standards. My experience running Bosscloth LLC has also taught me strong customer service and organization skills that help every job go smoothly.
