FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to my price....it's simple. A fair price. Honest pay for honest work. I am a small operation which allows my price to be lower than some of the big companies in town. I dont like to associate my price with the word cheap because cheap is what you get from these fly by night companies who entice you in with this "cheap" upfront price and then try to scare you into 600.00 to 1000.00 dollars in services that someone like me would do for a much more reasonable price. That is why i offer free second opinions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when i meet a new customer i often like to treat them like i would anyone else i meet. With respect and like a regular person. i hate when someone comes to my home and trys to put on a show. I prefer people to just be themselves. we have a future filled with robots already, for now i would like to see true personality. A few things i do like to do is get all of their information and get them set up on a preventive maintenance plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In truth.... I am a high school graduate that knew College wasn't going to be a realistic path for me. I knew this early on. My Grandfather and Dad were both HVAC techs and i knew that i needed to choose a career path, so naturally heating and cooling became my profession. I have always been good at anything i set my mind to, so i set my mind at being the best in my field. I am now 12 years into my career and started my company in 2017, it is growing very quickly because of wonderful customers like you.
