WEEDING: Removal of unwanted weeds from existing garden beds. Does not include established plants, shrubs, grass removal, extensive root extraction, or transplanting. PLANT & SHRUB REMOVAL: Removal of bushes, shrubs, rooted plants, and small trees. Pricing depends on plant size, root systems, accessibility, and the labor involved. GARDENING & PLANTING: Planting, transplanting, and relocating flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants. Also includes soil preparation and general garden improvements. LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION: Installation or replacement of mulch, decorative stone, landscape fabric, soil amendments, and garden-bed materials. GARDEN DESIGN & RENOVATION: Creating new garden beds, redesigning existing landscapes, selecting appropriate plants, and improving the overall appearance and health of outdoor spaces. ⚠️ ADDITIONAL WORK & PRICING • Quotes are based on the agreed-upon scope of work. • Additional services or changes requested during a project may require an updated quote. • Unexpected conditions, including extensive root systems, compacted soil, buried obstacles, or difficult digging conditions, may increase labor requirements and pricing. • Materials, debris removal, disposal, and other project-related expenses are quoted separately when applicable. • Any additional work or pricing adjustments will be discussed before proceeding.
