The process of finding and picking a contractor was a long and arduous task. We met with several contractors, however, Sal Romero with Modern Effect stood out among the rest. He was very kind, professional and his pricing was very reasonable. We just knew Sal and his company would be a perfect fit. He was an absolute delight to work with. Sal and his crew had a great attention to detail. Im a perfectionist, therefore, not the easiest person to work with but Sal handled each situation (my changes) with humor and a no problem attitude. He took on a big job at our house including leveling a sunk in living room, removing a load bearing wall, installing a new kitchen, including plumbing and electrical, new tile flooring, etc. The list goes on. We are so pleased with how beautifully everything turned out. We highly recommend Sal and his company and we would definitely hire them again!!
