They were very nice and professional and I liked the plumber a lot. Ultimately they couldn’t disassemble my shower valve (it’s 100 years old) and had another employee out to quote me a re-plumb of the whole shower for a little over $3500 not including re-tile the whole shower. I ended up hiring another company that was able to disassemble it and get a replacement part from Darsco for around $150 and it’s fixed for now.

Terrible company! They love to steal your money. They just matter the money, not customer satisfaction. They want me to pay around $1,000. The plumber said he would open the wall for $431, and I thought he would call or text me to know if I agreed to continue the work after finding the problem and send me the picture. But he just finished the repair before I saw the photo and without talking with me again. He said it was already repaired and wanted $954. I locked my credit card. And they couldn’t steal my money when they tried to charge it. And they sent me an invoice one week later. I needed to see the picture and problem in order to agree the price. I also asked him many times to send me the estimate. He said yes, that he and the company were sending the estimate. But I never received it. Another plumber who could not come that day, gave me an estimate after seen the photo. He said he would have just charged $263.45. The fitting would have cost .95 cents, and $262.50 for 1.5 hours worked. David gray plumber said to me that it doesn’t matter if I don’t hire him to work again in the future, that he just wanted his money.
