I had an excellent experience with Totally Hooked Plumbing & Drains. From start to finish, the team was responsive, professional, and honest. Collin, John, Brendan, and the technician who assisted Collin during the diagnostic (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name) were all fantastic to work with. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on and answer all of my questions.
I own a historic multi-family property in Riverside, and we were dealing with a main sewer line blockage. Before performing any repairs, they completed a camera inspection at no additional charge to accurately diagnose the issue. Once they identified the problem, they had the proper equipment to complete the repair the same day.
