Introduction: It's rather simple. We guarantee our documents and have attorneys available to review the documents if necessary before filing. Additionally, we have attorneys available for a small fee to attend final hearings, mediations and provide legal advice or consults. This helps our clients gain a peace of mind knowing their documents are being backed by a licensed Florida Bar attorney. I enjoy being able to help others in a time of need and assist them in having access to the legal system without it costing them a lot of money or bringing on financial hardship. Most of our clients come to us in dire need of doing a response or answer to documents they have been served with but do not have the means to hire an attorney due to the high cost of retainer fees. If our clients need an attorney we often put them in touch with local attorneys that fit their budget and many of which will work with the clients on a payment basis. In today economy people do not have $1000 - $5000 to hand over to an attorney without it causing hardship or a financial burden on their family. Having access to the legal system should not be so difficult and costly.
