Hi Hartley's Floor Covering LLC. did a marvelous job I would refer him to anybody. He does excellent work. He told me that it would take a day and a 1/2 and he completed the work beautifully I love my kitchen . Will hire him again in a couple of weeks. I strongly recommend Timothy Hartley. My kitchen feels and look like a kitchen

Tim and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. They were timely and professional and their work ethic was refreshing. Their level of quality was very good. I had a great deal of custom tile work to be done and though it was unique and something they had not tackled before, Tim was undaunted by it's complexity. It turned out great. Will upload photos at a later date. I highly recommend Harley's for all your tile needs.

He came out the next day to do a repair. He patched a part that the dog tore up and when he was done I could not even see where it was torn. He was on time, very reasonable price and went beyond my expectations. He cleaned up all his work. Would highly recommend him to everyone.

Timothy was a pleasure to work with on a tile "patching" project in a bathroom. It was a one-off because we had the tub and enclosure removed and had to replace the tile around the edges and make it look back to normal.
I live in Colorado and this is a rental property--so finding someone I felt like I could trust, who was also a great communicator was really critical.
I highly recommend Timothy.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give customers the same prices subcontractors charge stores I'd subcontract for. Basically it cuts out the middle man!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go through the whole process step by step and try to explain each step and reason why I do it the way I do it as the job progresses
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grew up in the industry, my father owned flooring stores and installed all my life. I've been certified in many of the products we use and install to be able to get the best manufacturer warranty.
