Mr Cristy, First I apologize for the inconvenience that this experience has caused. The price originally given to you was not priced properly and that employee is no longer with us. Building materials prices have changed since the job was quoted, that you or I have no control over and we understand that. We build relationships with our customers Mr Cristy and we are up front about everything. You asked for a lower amount and we agreed. The distance to run your return was not measured and was unknown until we went out on February 7. None of our suppliers locally had the size needed unfortunately. That’s really the reason why we could not do the job that day. I’m sorry that you were told different. Yes we paid a lot more than normal just to accommodate your job. I know another company did not offer less than the 405.00 job. I don’t loose customers over a dollar amount we quoted. If our conversation did not go left when we talked, I would have redeemed the original price. That option was not allowed. Again sorry for the inconvenience this caused you.
