Rashaad was great! After a long weekend out of town we came home to a thermostat reading 82 degrees. After going on Thumbtack last night around 11pm Rashaad messaged me right away and said he would come by first thing in the morning. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and his price was fair for the work he did. He had to make some repairs and replace some parts on my outside condenser unit and my A/C is now running perfectly! What else could you ask for? I will call Rashaad again the next time my A/C breaks down on me.

Rasheed is an amazing guy; he came in and look over the AC unit after I explained to him what another technician told me on what kind of damage I had, and he was able to identify that my damage was not as bad as it was. He fixed my fan to the AC, refilled the AC's refrigerant, and placed a dye in the freon in case of possible leaks. AC works great; will definitely call him again for any AC repair/maintenance.

My typical process is to establish a relationship and educate the customer. I want them to feel comfortable with me in there home. I never want them to feel someone is just "working" in there home. I advise them to ask me every and anything they want to know
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended FSCJ technical school in 2007 and I've received my license from there. I've also been to many trainings and workshops over the years to stay updated with the new technology
