- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard prices based on square footage because every home is different. Changing sheets, washing dishes, laundering rugs/towels, among others, will add to your estimate. Cleaning frequency will also affect the estimate. We offer one time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services. We can assist you in determining a service schedule that best suits your needs. Our services at Queens of Cleans are client centered and tailors that of you and your loved ones.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, our customers contact us about their home cleaning needs. We have an initial interview which consists of questions that help us determine what type of cleaning services are desired. The size of the home along with how many bedrooms/baths, family size, pets, etc. are typical questions we ascertain. Once we have an idea of the size of the home, we can obtain a general idea of what form of cleaning would be suitable for the client and provide an estimate of the costs. We are your dedication cleaning team, and you can customize your plan to fit your schedule and needs of your home or office. Tell us the dates and times you prefer, structure a plan that fits within your budget and never exceed it! Once you have customized your plan and after we have performed the first cleaning (Deep Clean), we charge the same price every time and maintain the high standard of cleaning each time we come out to your home or office. Also let us know about any special events, parties, holiday events, company visiting, or spring cleaning desired and we can accommodate that into your scheduled cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been cleaning in the Jacksonville area for over 2 years despite our companies' short existence. We have developed a detailed cleaning routine that the employees of Queens of Clean are taught during their initial training. It is our goal to have homes and offices cleaned in a detailed, professional, effective, and efficient manner that brings joy throughout their day of all who cross the threshold. We have based these routines on our years of experience serving our customers.
