Introduction: I've been servicing Apple Macintosh products since 1994, in the Jacksonville FL area since 1998. I do most of my work on-site in your home or office, and I provide free pickup and delivery for work that can't be done there. I've used Mike a few times in the last few months. My MacBook crashed and I wasn't able to access any of my files. I brought it to local repair shop and they told me there was nothing they could do and files could not be retrieved. Somebody referred Mike to me, and he came over the next day and within 30 mins he gave me a flash drive with all my files, although the computer was still not usable. He told me he wanted to spend a little bit more time with the computer to see what he could do. By the end of the day I had my computer back and working like new. Thank you Mike!
