I’m really happy with the service I received. My sliding glass door had been getting harder and harder to open for a while, and eventually it got to the point where I had to use both hands just to move it. The door was dragging on the track, the rollers were clearly worn out, and the lock wasn’t lining up properly anymore.

I called around and got a few different opinions and prices before deciding who to use. What I appreciated right away was that they gave me a clear price before starting the work. They explained exactly what needed to be done and what the total would be, so I knew what I was agreeing to. There were no surprise charges at the end and no attempt to add unnecessary work once they were already there. Their price was also the best out of the companies I spoke with.

Mike and Adam were the technicians who came out, and both of them were great. They took their time checking the entire door instead of just replacing one part and leaving. They replaced the worn rollers, worked on the track, adjusted and aligned the door, and fixed the lock so everything lined up and worked properly again.

The difference is honestly huge. Before, the door felt extremely heavy and would get stuck in certain spots. Now I can open and close it smoothly with one hand, and the lock works the way it’s supposed to.

Mike and Adam were professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained the repairs as they worked and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.

The biggest thing for me was knowing the price upfront and actually paying exactly what I was told. No surprises, no hidden fees, and no pressure to replace the whole door when it could be repaired.

Great experience from beginning to end. Fair price, excellent work, and the door feels completely different now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for sliding door repair in Jacksonville, FL.

They were able to fix our 3 door pocket sliding door. They did a good job but it was extremely expensive and we didn't get any information beforehand on the cost. They don't accept checks.
