- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$125 estimated minimum charge. Price determined by size of job. A very accurate description of exactly what you need completed at your residence and possibly photos which help us immensely in getting an idea of what work is needed at your home. It also helps with pricing the job and deciding if we want to give a price. There are people out there that give a Minimal description of what they need done and then when they are contacted the job grows to more than they let on. Please be accurate in description of all work you would like done and photos if possible. Thanks

Customers should think about exactly what they are looking to get done at their home, so there are no surprises for anybody involved. An exact description along with photos is greatly appreciated and helps give an accurate price for a job
