- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing works pretty simple we like to provide quotes and final pricing after inspection and estimate has been written up. We asses each project diligently to ensure everything is tailored to your needs. We also provide flat rates for maintenance with minor exemptions and jobs that exceed the threshold of just maintenance. Our estimates, discounts, and fees are valid for two weeks after they have been sent to the customer unless stated otherwise on the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process with new customers is to gather all their information first such as: Full name, email, phone number, address, and type of service. Customer can use our automated system to schedule appointments, get clarification, or request a call with one of our representatives. It can also be done directly through the app. Once information is gather and appointment has been schedule, we go and service you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are fully trained, certified, and insured. Our goal is to provide you with the best quality service and maintain your system in the best conditions as possible.
