they followed up with me almost immediately after I submitted an inquiry, scheduled my appointment for the same week, and arrived punctually. All in all it was a decent service but this is not the level of cleaning expected when paying for $2500 specifically to have my air handler cleaned. -------------------- Update: I wanted to update my review based on how the company handled my feedback. The owner reach out immediately to understand the situation and promptly scheduled a follow up visit for the techs to complete the cleaning job, which they did. It does seem like they truly value customer satisfaction.
