- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Troubleshooting electrical issues is set on and hourly rate. If it's small projects such as adding circuits or repairing existing is mostly done on a set price. Extra time is sometimes used to ensure what work is performed is 100% safe, working and up to the customers standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building relationships with new customers is just as important as maintaining the good relationships with "regular" customers. Being knowledgeable and professional while performing work is a must.
