Called to have new electrical line run for a new light. They were professional and quick. The quote a very reasonable (much less than two previous quotes) which is why I chose to have it done immediately and not have them come back. Very happy with it. Will call them for insulation next. . . .

My experience with Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric was pleasant from beginning to end. The person I spoke to when I made my service appointment was courteous and professional. On the day of my scheduled service, I received a call informing me of the estimated arrival time of the electricians. The 2 electricians that completed my outlet repairs did an exemplary job. Not only were they very punctual, but they were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Came out and reviewed the project on Day 1. Tested a failed system to determine what was needed to fix it. Gave me an estimate for an additional project. Came out on Day 2 with all the right parts and was done in about two hours. Was very pleased with the professionalism and workmanship.

Snyder took my call at about 10 PM on Sunday. They had my data and info when I called on Monday morning. Jason was at my house in about an hour. He went into the outside and inside units. I needed a capacitor outside and the coil inside the house was leaking freon. The air handler is from 1989 and it has been rattling and shaking badly for a couple of years. Outside the capacitor went bad. Jason also identified that I had a couple of wrong breakers that were not helping protect the unit or my wiring, which I think could have lead to a fire. The Carrier unit outside was from around 2000 and we got it second hand for $400 and I used it for well over 10 years. And since I just paid off the house it only figures that the heating and a/c unit had to die. I kept paying the house off quick because I knew it was a goner. This system worked much longer than most do and it would leave a lot of humidity in the air. And it was running up my electric bill. So I am more than ready to have a new system so this was also an EASY sell for Snyder and Jason. I am trying my best to keep this house functional and this is just one of many issues that needed to be addressed. And best of all Snyder is coming on Wednesday, just two days after talking to me. Talk about FAST service. So all in all I'm pretty happy so far. So now I would like to thank Snyderman and his cast of merry minions. Keep up the great service. It's nice to have some peace of mind in dealing with a company.

The $65 diagnostic fee covers evaluating many electrical service needs. The technician will evaluate the situation, clearly present the solution, and share the project cost upfront. We'll apply the original dispatch fee as an invoice credit if you want to do the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll answer any questions, then collect your contact information to schedule your appointment with the technician. They will evaluate your need in-person and advise you on choices.
