They were available a lot sooner than the other electricians and answered all of my questions. The electrician, I believe him name was Donald, walked me through everything and helped me understand the issue, how it happened and how he is fixing it. I felt like most people would have been irritated but he was patient, nice and super helpful. I needed to understand what was going on as it was an error by my home manufacturer that caused the electrical issue and It had been over looked and unresolved twice by the manufacturer’s workers that had previously claimed to fix it. Thanks again for the quick response and the great service!

Titan came out and did a quick rewiring job in a bathroom. Donald was efficient, courteous, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I will definitely contact Titan again with any additional electrical needs.
