Seth Johnson says, "I had Duval Duct out last week to take care of my vents. We had black soot and dust building up around the air vents in the house. The system was new in 2021, but the ducts hadn't been cleaned. The company that put it in was dismissive of my concerns regarding the need for duct cleaning.The tech at Duval Duct was able to find that there was insulation that had delaminated and was exposed inside the air handler, some of it had been chewed up by the blower and stuck in the coils. I was shocked at how dirty my air handler and coils were for being a newer unit. They even painted my vent covers white because they were old and stained-up looking. I was so happy with their service that I signed a maintenance agreement with them so that it doesn't get this bad again. 5 stars, highly recommend"See more
