Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I like to incorporate a little yoga into each workout, even if it is just a short stretch at the end. I think it is very important to stretch out the muscles worked that day. I also prefer to sweat outside, as opposed to lifting weights in a gym! I love seeing client's excited when they tell me about the progress they are seeing!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am required to fulfill certain continuing education courses to maintain my certifications. I am also attending the University of North Florida to achieve a degree in Nutrition/Dietetics.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Regular yoga or power yoga classes are the most common types of jobs I have done. I have also run strength and conditioning classes for high school students going to Division I schools.
