- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer initial diagnostic visits to determine the exact root cause of a problem. We will make repairs during the diagnostic visit if no replacement parts are needed to make the repair. If replacement parts are needed as a result of the diagnosis, we will quote the parts needed and the cost to return and install the needed parts. We offer routine preventive maintenance services (PM) for both residential and commercial customers in order to keep your fitness equipment running and performing at the highest level.
