I hired them to remodel my bathroom and it looks amazing! They were super fast, answered all my calls and messages. They communicated everything with me and made sure I was up to date about when people would be coming and what they would be doing that day. They were on time and very efficient. Thomas gave me a great quote compared to other contractors I called and the Project Manager, Leo, made sure to do a walk through with me before and after my bathroom Reno to make sure everything I wanted was done. I highly, highly recommend!!

Sunshine State went above and beyond my wildest dreams. I had a general idea of what I thought that I wanted with new floors, kitchen and bathroom renovations, but what they delivered was so much more than I had expected. The quality and craftmanship was superb! They also delivered in much less time than originally estimated. The entire staff was very professional and great to work with. I love, love, love everything they did. I feel like I moved into a new home. I highly recommend this company for all your home remodeling needs!!

10 stars....From beginning to end, a wonderful experience. The first call to their office, Ariel answered the phone promptly, answered all the questions and set up an appointment; very professional and a warm first impression. Also, we were impressed by Sunshine State's website. The owner, John Belizario, was engaged from the beginning and throughout the process to ensure our complete satisfaction. The project manager, Leo, visited daily to follow up on the day's work... We also had our own site online that showed a project calendar with progress... we had our floors replaced as well as kitchen cabinets, countertops and sink. We love it! We feel the price was very fair, we had several special requests and they met them all without blinking an eye. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, for any project in your home... we will be using them again soon!

At our company, we aim to keep our prices competitive and affordable. We strive to offer our customers the best value for their money. We also offer a wide range of products discounts and promotions to ensure that our customers can get the best deals possible. Additionally, we always strive to offer the highest quality products at the most competitive prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First gain an understanding of their needs and expectations. We will then provide them with an initial proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline and budget. Once the customer is happy with the proposal, we create a contract that details the project's requirements and timeline. Finally, we begin the project and keep the customer informed of its progress using technology and comunication. We use Buildertrend software to keep our customers updates, sign on change orders and more.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Certified General Contractor in Florida. Our team have completed several specialized courses related to construction, including safety and hazardous materials management, project management and estimating, and building codes and regulations. Additionally, we regularly attend conferences and seminars to stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
