Same day response, was even willing to work on Super Bowl Sunday! We did the next day to fix a slow leak in basment. He explained in detail how and why the leak was happening. Also in detail explained how he will fix it. They were done and cleaned up within a few hours. I had old cast iron.

I had to get a pipe repaired because of the cold weather my pipe burst. Sal was able to come out and take care of the problem. He explained what the issue was and what they plan to do to fix it.I am thankful that they were able to do it. He responded to my email for help right away.
