The price was very competitive and the work was completed quickly, which I appreciated. The gutters themselves look good overall, and the installation was done promptly. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that were never addressed. The ladders used during installation rubbed against the Hardie board siding and caused visible damage. In addition, the corner seams were done in an off-white color, which does not match the white gutters. I brought both issues to the installers’ attention and shared the details, but I never received a follow-up or resolution. If communication and post-install accountability were improved, this would have been a much better experience.
