This is by far the best construction company I have ever worked with. Not only did they complete my project ahead of schedule, but they also provided feedback that enhanced the beauty of my home. Franc and his team were great. They worked quickly and did a really great job. Afterwards, Franc did a walk through of my townhome with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I’m definitely planning on using them again for any future painting projects.

We recently hired Franc/Total Points Construction to paint a 3 BR/2 BA condo unit that we are getting ready to list for rent, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Franc met with us for a free estimate and provided an accurate quote, and worked within our schedule to come back to do the actual painting - and finished painting the entire condo in one day! He kept us informed of his timing to start and end the work, and honored that. There were areas of the wall that needed to be repaired from a prior renter, and Franc and his team did a great job repairing and smoothing out the wall to the point where you would have never known there was any damage in the first place. We’re so pleased with their work that we’ve already decided to hire Franc and his team for additional projects in the condo (flooring and backsplash).
