- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use current pricing and I am competitive and flexible on prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer at the job and assess the work to be done first and face to face. I am a straight shooter and will tell the customer up front of costs and if there needs to be any changes to materials or labor before the job ever starts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17yrs. of experience. I have taken electrical and carpentry classes in school. Ive worked with a lot of different companies from W.V., Seattle, Florida, and more all along the East coast.
