We take the time to do every job to each manufacture specification. Not all mfg are the same and have different methods. Your floor is only good as the substrate underneath we take the time to moisture test 85% of all flooring failures are do to moisture. We also level all low spots and grind high to ensure a solid professional installation that will we be proud to show off. I enjoy meeting new people and making their dreams a reality. Alot of.my customers have become great friends.

I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel going from a tub to a shower. I had knee surgery and was unable to complete. Ron finished the job by installing the Schluter®-Systems floor and then tiled the entire shower area and the bathroom floor. Outstanding job!!! Great workers that are very detailed. Thanks Ron!

Ron Ladue did a great job remodeling our bathroom! Ron and his crew were very professional and always kept the job site very clean throughout the project. They never left with something not cleaned up at the end of the day, and the final result was amazing! I highly recommend their services.

I am so glad that we chose this contractor for some renovations to our bathroom! We needed the shower and the flooring replaced-- the shower tile on the floor had been coming apart and the whole thing was badly done in the first place, as we'd continued to discover over the few years since we moved in. Ron and his crew did an outstanding job of replacing the bathroom floor and shower. Not only that-- when the demolition revealed some alarming leakage through the shower wall and subsequent rot in the framing around the shower, Ron notified me immediately and held up the work until I could contact our Homeowners' Insurance rep, have all the necessary inspections done and obtain expert clearance to continue with the renovation-- we were lucky on that, as there was no exterior structural damage. I called Ron back and told him we could proceed, and he resumed work immediately. His crew removed all the damaged material, replaced it with rock-solid framing and new insulation and then proceeded to build a stunning new shower to our specifications. They were fully responsive to our input, clearly explained what could or could not be done within budget and deferred to our preferences wherever possible. Their punctuality was excellent; work started right on time and continued all day at an energetic pace and without interruption. The finished job is just beautiful. All of the tile is perfectly cut and expertly laid, right down to the flawless centering and framing of the soap niche that was built exactly as I requested. The floor is smooth and even and feels so good underfoot! The price for all of this was more than reasonable-- significantly less than other contractors had projected, even with the extra work of rebuilding the framing. I would recommend this contractor to anyone who has a bathroom they want to beautify.

With a very large, yet staged remodeling job, Ron and the excellent team at Consolidated Home Improvements have completed nearly 2,000 sf of hardwood floor installation. The floors look beautiful - with no mess, no waste, no fuss. They have been very willing to also work around our needs to do the work in stages and deal with massive floor leveling issues. They have met the challenges flawlessly - with more work ahead for them from the Mitchell household!

I hired Consolidated Home Improvement to: re-do all the floors in my home, remove a bathtub and make one large shower, install new commodes and new vanities in my bathrooms. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Consolidated and the staff. They were on time, were pleasant, trustworthy, and honest. We ran into a couple of problems but these were handled promptly and professionally. Mr. LaDue kept the communications open and was always accessible. Many thanks for a superb job very well done!!!
