I recently hired Renew Flooring to install tile in my shed, and they did an outstanding job. Tony was punctual, professional, and clearly skilled at what he does. He walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done exactly the way I wanted.
The finished tile work looks fantastic—clean lines, solid installation, and great attention to detail. It completely transformed the space. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of their work and the care they put into the project.

I was so impressed with Tony and his crew. He came out right away and gave me a very fair estimate for the tile work I wanted done. His crew got started that same week and had it wrapped up quickly. They did their best to keep the tile dust from spreading to the rest of the house and the finished floors are beautiful. Tony also offered to install the new vanity in our powder bath and went above and beyond getting that job complete. I would definitely use him again. He’s a friendly, honest businessman.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best at trying to work according to the customer’s budget in a way that is satisfactory for both parties. Materials are also included in my pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer to introduce myself, gather information about the project and schedule an appointment for a free estimate. On the day of the appointment, I present the company’s business card and show the customer our company’s social media. I then measure the project area and discuss with the customer the best way to tackle the project in order to provide security to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on training for 20 years, while keeping up with the advancement of material.
