Chris, the owner, came out personally and completed the work, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The pipe had multiple cracks caused by my neighbor’s tree roots growing over and under it, and he handled the situation with real expertise.
He was extremely thorough, respectful, and patient he didn’t mind all of my questions (I like to learn!), and he took the time to explain everything. What really stood out is that he went above and beyond to fix an issue my landlord refused to address. Chris was also incredibly understanding of my situation and never made me feel judged for having to come up with the money myself. He worked with me as much as he could so I could still take care of my responsibilities as a mom, like paying rent.
I highly recommend calling him for any plumbing needs. Honestly, I just wish I had asked what other services he offers!

I made a late morning post to Thumback in need of a plumber. Chris responded in a timely manner and told me he could be here late afternoon. He arrived with a very courteous and friendly attitude. He resolved my problem in no time at all! If I need a plumber again I'll definitely be calling CBs Plumbing! Thanks again Chris.
