- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the sq foot a flat rate. And that's for basic cleaning. Im available daily, weekly, bi weekly and monthly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial call I ask questions to find out what the client needs. After answering questions and getting an understanding of what the customer needs, I set up a date to come and do a consultation. I take a look at what needs to be cleaned and go in further detail. If everything is pleasing to the client we then go to set up a date for me to do the job that's needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im always on the internet, and reading books. Just to keep what I do know updated. I also like to test out products before I use them in someone else's space.
