- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to come out to see the address that the customer wants serviced. This allows me and the prospective client to meet and also provides me the opportunity to get the specifications that the client wants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Do re-certifications, to be able to deal with the changes in materials and time etc.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Be sure your cleaning professional is knowledgeable of what types of cleaning products can be used on which surfaces.
