They helped me last minute right before Christmas after my original cleaner canceled. Well, I’m happy the original cleaner canceled now because WOW! I can’t imagine anyone could be more thorough and efficient. They did an amazing job and did it quickly. Very, very happy with Gold Fox!

Unfortunately, I overpaid for a service that I wasn’t completely satisfied with. The cleaners did a rush job, there was still trash in visible areas, and I was informed that to add on the change of my bed linens would cost me at minimum an extra $50 per hour.
The communication was great here on thumbtack however, with the cleaners not speaking English I had to use the translator app to communicate my needs. In which I understand however, it still was a little frustrating for the very first visit.
Need less to say I will be looking for another company that is a better fit and value for our needs.

We're genuinely sorry if the recent cleaning service didn't meet your expectations. You initially signed up for standard cleaning, but it seems like the situation needed a deeper touch. Our cleaners had a bit of a tough time dealing with the clothes around, and we agree they should've hustled a bit more to get things done on schedule.
As mentioned, any additional services beyond standard cleaning may incur an extra cost of $50. This fee is not related to changing bedding but rather applies to additional services that might extend the cleaning time.

Very disappointed. Have been using them for months. Last time they canceled my appointment unexpectedly and I had to change my arrangements for my kids. I decided to give them another try and this time today they decided to cancel my appt that I had prepared for by having my kids be out of the house by paying a babysitter. They have never not texted me to confirm something and today they didn’t reach out at all after I had paid my down payment clearly wanting the service.
