- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard rate which is based n the square footage of the home and a la carte rates for things such as inside refrigerator, inside ovens, windows ceiling fans etc. Also senior rates apply to anyone over the age of 60. I also do move in/outs, parties, events and one time cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet up with them to discuss and view their main focus for having their home cleaned by a professional. I bring a five page list that has most of the general cleaning needs and we both walk the home with the list adding and deleting items so that I can customize my cleaning to that particular client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business which is why my business not only offers great manual labor while also being customer service friendly and focused
