I had contacted Lux 1st & received a detailed estimate of what needed to be done & how they would do it.After that I got 2 more estimates, they were definitely cheaper. Then I started asking them questions. They could not answer to my satisfaction.That's when I was glad I got the 1st estimate from lux. They explained everything to me in details that I could understand. It really is true that you get what you pay forIt was an absolute delight working with Dex & Mike. We had a great experience having Mike and his team encapsulate our crawl space and installing the sump pump with drainage system! They were easy to work with, very responsive, and it felt like Mike was on our team the entire time (not just trying to needlessly promote non-required products). Would highly recommend to anyone needing to encapsulate their crawl space!
