I had contacted Lux 1st & received a detailed estimate of what needed to be done & how they would do it.After that I got 2 more estimates, they were definitely cheaper. Then I started asking them questions. They could not answer to my satisfaction.That's when I was glad I got the 1st estimate from lux. We had a great experience having Mike and his team encapsulate our crawl space and installing the sump pump with drainage system! They were easy to work with, very responsive, and it felt like Mike was on our team the entire time (not just trying to needlessly promote non-required products). Would highly recommend to anyone needing to encapsulate their crawl space!

Mike did a great job, price was better than other companies I got quotes from, high quality materials, great communication and answered all my questions. My 100 year old house will last another 100 years, or at least the foundation will!
