Mike did a great job, price was better than other companies I got quotes from, high quality materials, great communication and answered all my questions. My 100 year old house will last another 100 years, or at least the foundation will!

I had contacted Lux 1st & received a detailed estimate of what needed to be done & how they would do it.After that I got 2 more estimates, they were definitely cheaper. Then I started asking them questions. They could not answer to my satisfaction.That's when I was glad I got the 1st estimate from lux. They explained everything to me in details that I could understand. It really is true that you get what you pay forIt was an absolute delight working with Dex & Mike. I'm a contractor and have been working in the trades for 25 years. I own and operate my own construction company. I often use subcontractors to complete work.
