we hired Russell Kenneth Farrell to first paint our house, was ok but having another painter redo alot of it, we were in the process of getting bids for a new a/c unit and to redo our roof. Russell from Trim Plus asked if he could place a bid and he did. First Russell Kenneth Farrell is NOT LICENSE in the state of florida he say he is his cards say he is but he isn't. We did not find out this information until our roof was taken off. He has another person get his permits from the city. and that per is Matt Beaudry from b cool air. This act is against the law. Matt did a beautiful job putting our a/c unit and it works great. We had to go to the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations, they accepted our cases and will be taking both Russell Kenneth Farrell, and Matt Beaudry to court on our behalf. Since Matt does have a ,licence for a/c, and roofing we will be holding him liable for our roof to either return our money or to complete the roof. If neither happens we will be suing him. we have given over $9500.00 to Russell for the two jobs a/c unit cost $5100.00 so that leave a $4400.00 balance. if you are considering hiring Russell Kenneth Farrell feel free to send me an email (kln1323@gmail.com), and I will fill you in about this person.

I'm sorry you felt that way . We actually completed your job and passed all inspections . And I am licensed and have $2,000,000.00 insurance . I'm not a licensed Roofer or hvac company. But did recommend and ask a reputable company to come do roof and a.c. I actually saved you thousands . You liked me and my company until I caught you paying my guys under the table , to perform work that I did not approve of .

I hired Trim Plus (Owner is Russell) to do the trim molding on my porch and to paint. The overall experience was good and the workmanship was excellent. Jake and Bill are great guys, professional, highly-skilled, and very hard workers. They worked very hard the last day to get the job done and Im satisfied with their work. I will hire them again to do some work on my bathroom very soon.

Are lying cheating and put the good people out there out of work but no he is not lisenced nor 200000 insurance he makes his people he hires provide thereinfo and uses ur info so beware
